As a Berlin-based startup, we are driving enterprise AI transformations across industries by building and deploying B2B solutions, orchestrating scaled, AI-native operations. We work across several domains including automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and others, transforming businesses through ML using our core expertise in state-of-the-art machine learning. As a Senior AI Transformation Consultant at Merantix Momentum, you bring deep domain and consulting experience to lead clients through end-to-end AI transformation, from identifying strategic opportunities to driving organizational and technical change at scale. You are equally comfortable leading a focused 6-week engagement with a 500-person Mittelstand manufacturer as a multi-phase transformation with a large enterprise. You act as a trusted sparring partner to executives, steer complex transformation programs across functions, and bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business imperatives.

You actively drive the growth of our business. You take ownership in lead generation and conversion by engaging prospective clients, shaping proposals, and supporting pre-sales and account development with entrepreneurial energy. With a strong presence and an opinionated point of view, you represent Merantix Momentum’s AI Transformation perspective externally through expert discussions, LinkedIn content, and thought leadership in our core verticals.

Internally, you contribute to the continuous development of our AI Transformation practice by evolving tools, methods, and know-how, leading by example with a fast-paced, can-do attitude and high degree of self-assurance. You are fluent in modern AI trends and applied technology and you can educate, challenge, and influence stakeholders with credibility and confidence.

You don't just advise on AI, you build with it. You have hands-on experience creating AI agents, designing LLM-powered workflows, and prototyping solutions. You can credibly evaluate model choices, discuss data privacy trade-offs, and demo working AI systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

• Lead AI Transformation Programs: Steer the end-to-end execution of AI transformation engagements — from first lighthouse use case to company-wide rollout. Find the internal champions, manage the blockers, build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships, and drive measurable adoption and organizational change.

• Drive Business Growth: Generate and convert pipeline opportunities into multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and partnerships with the Sales team; support pre-sales, proposal writing, and key-account expansion with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Advance Merantix Momentum's voice in enterprise AI transformation — inspiring and challenging stakeholders with opinionated, hands-on perspectives on applied AI trends, real-world adoption pathways, and what it actually takes to move from pilot to scale.

• Advance the AI Transformation practice: Evolve our methodologies, tools, and frameworks to keep our offering state-of-the-art and to develop reusable transformation playbooks, bringing in consulting or domain expertise into the team.

• Mentor & Enable Colleagues: Act as a senior advisor and role model—coaching team members, sharing knowledge, and fostering a fast-paced, can-do culture that builds long-term success for the team, clients, and Merantix Momentum alike.

• Preferably 5+ years of full-time working experience in management consulting, enterprise technology, AI/ML-driven companies, or other fast-paced environments like leading startups and boutique consulting firms.

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs—with the ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive organizational change.

• Strong fluency in modern and applied AI—including agentic AI systems, LLM-powered workflows, generative AI applications, and AI evaluation best practices.

• Knowledgeable about common machine learning techniques and trends; experience in AI use case conceptualization and assessing technical feasibility.

• Demonstrated experience in change management and embedding AI capabilities within client organizations.

• Curiosity to constantly explore and learn about new AI solutions at the intersection of technology and business.

• Great communication skills in German and English.
